The national hajj commission of Nigeria has signs an MOU with the National Identity Cards management company on the use of National Identity Cards by Nigeria pilgrims in 2018 hajj exercise.
The MOU was signed today at the cooperate headquarter of NIMC in Abuja by NAHCON Chairman/CEO Barr. Abdullahi Mukhtar Muhammad (MON, FCIA) and Commissioner PPMF Dr. Yusuf Adebayo Ibrahim and the DG of NIMC Engr. Aliyu Abubakar Aziz.
While making his speech the Director General, National Identity Card Management Company said NAHCON is the first Government agency in the country to enforce the use of NIMC for its services.
He said this collaboration will surely help the Commission in its attempts to collate data of Nigerians and use it securely for the development of Nigeria and Nigerians’ in all areas of data management.
Engr. Aliyu Abubakar Aziz applaud NAHCON for encouraging Nigeria Intending Pilgrims to register for identification with NIMC at their states.
